Life is Sweet, Take a Sip: Bringing A New Product to a Liquor Store Near You
Sip ’N Pass is a new-to-market shareable ‘shine featuring bold flavors with no burn. In order to provide their product justice, the foursome behind the dangerously good ‘Shine knew they had to have a knockout brand and enlisted Moxie Creative for help. After the initial conversation, both parties knew this partnership was going to be one for the ages.

The clients wanted a brand rooted in the Northwoods of Minnesota yet relatable to customers across the nation. This would be our biggest challenge. To keep the brand approachable for all, we focused on finding an eddy font and made the moon the main icon, with trees a secondary design feature.
When designing the logo, we continuously considered packaging. We knew the logo had to look good on the mason jar-style bottle they would use and be versatile with colors.
Once the Sip ‘N Pass brand was approved, the real fun began—labels! The team had their heart set on creating labels that would ‘POP’ on the shelf against their competitors. To achieve this, we used a black background instead of white and bold, almost neon color combos. This approach brought Peach, Apple Pie, and Root Beer to life in a big way.
We can’t wait for this product to hit the market this fall and see where this journey takes our new friends!
