Why would a shopper reach for your product instead of the one next to it?
And what brings them back for the next one?
Shoppers judge a drink in seconds based on how the label looks and feels. Eye-catching colors, clear fonts, and smart designs grab attention on store shelves. But the first purchase is only the start. Loyal customers come from a brand they see everywhere: in the taproom, on social media, in their inbox, and at events.
Moxie Creative is a beverage branding and marketing agency helping producers who are ready for growth build distinctive brands from the ground up. We create packaging that competes on the shelf and marketing that keeps customers coming back, online, in the taproom, and everywhere they encounter you.

The Challenge: Sip ’N Pass was a brand-new moonshine company with no name recognition, entering a crowded spirits shelf and needing retailers to take a chance on it.
The Solution: We created the logo and visual identity, six coordinated labels featuring hand-drawn illustrations and storytelling, a custom website, and branded merchandise, giving every flavor its own personality while keeping the line instantly recognizable.
The Challenge: Third Street Brewhouse, a Minnesota brewery with roots dating back to 1874, was adding a peach-flavored lager to its popular Minnesota Gold Micro family. The flavored lager market was crowded. Micro Peach needed a personality of its own and appeal to younger drinkers, while still feeling connected to a brand people already loved.
The Solution: We created “Hello Sweet Cheeks,” a playful campaign built around a custom peach character, retro type, and a bold, summery palette. Supporting messages highlighted the low-carb, low-calorie, all-natural recipe. We carried the campaign across digital billboards, landing pages, social media, posters, coasters, and taproom stickers people could take home.
Micro Peach entered the market with a complete campaign personality, turning a seasonal flavor launch into a memorable brand moment.

Craft beer, spirits, and cider shelf space changes constantly, and taprooms compete for the same weekend crowd. Your packaging must stand out, your flavors must be easy to distinguish, and your brand must feel the same in the taproom as it does on the shelf.
A great beverage needs more than a good recipe. It needs a brand people notice, remember, and want to pick up. At Moxie Creative, we create brand identities, can and bottle labels, carriers and cartons, and seasonal and limited-release packaging.
Once your products are on the shelf, the next job is getting people coming back. We create taproom branding, websites, email campaigns, social media marketing, and special events to build a loyal following.

Non-alcoholic drinks now compete for the same shelves, coolers, and attention as beer and spirits. That includes THC seltzers, hemp-derived drinks, specialty coffee, kombucha, and functional drinks. Shoppers need to understand what’s inside and why it’s worth trying, fast.
We bring our brewery and distillery packaging experience to these categories, with flavor systems, clear ingredient and dosage information, and room for required label content as your line grows. In addition to branding and packaging, we help you with go-to-market strategies, point-of-sale, online presence, organic efforts, and paid advertising.

Beverage brands have plenty of places to spend money. We help you decide which investments will do the most for your brand at its current stage.
For a new brand, that might mean a name, a logo, packaging for your first products, and a sell sheet for buyers. A full website, video, and trade show booth can follow as distribution grows.
For an established brand, the priority may be a packaging system that makes room for new flavors, or a campaign behind a new release.
You get clear priorities, a defined scope, and costs you can plan around. A first project can start at $10,000, and a full brand launch typically ranges from $30,000 to $80,000.
We test how packaging reads at arm’s length, under store lighting, and next to competitors in the cooler. Then we build label systems that make room for new flavors, sizes, and seasonal releases, so every launch builds on the last one instead of starting from scratch.
We plan TTB and other required label content into the design from the start and coordinate with your printers, suppliers, and regulators, so there are no surprises at approval or on press.
Our favorite part? Finding unexpected ways to use printing techniques and materials to make a package more memorable.
Sell sheets, point-of-purchase materials, websites, and social media give your sales team, distributors, and retailers a consistent story to tell. When everyone describes your brand the same way, it’s easier for buyers to say yes.
Strategy, naming, branding, packaging, websites, photography, video, and launch campaigns all come from one team, so your brand looks the same on the shelf, in the taproom, and on your website.
Our team has earned nearly 60 American Advertising Awards over the past three years, including awards for Bad Habit and Little Round Still packaging, Sip ’N Pass branding, and Third Street Brewhouse campaigns.
